What does the valuation cost?

Nothing. The assessment is free and without obligation for owners considering a sale. Afterwards you decide whether and with whom you sell.

How does the valuation work?

You answer six short questions here or call us. Within two hours, daily from 9 am to 10 pm, Till Bergjans or Moritz Heidemann gets back to you and arranges a visit. After the viewing you receive a written assessment with a price range and reasons within a few days.

Why is there no online calculator here?

Because a calculator only knows the address, year of construction and square metres. Whether the apartment is on the first or fourth floor without a lift, whether the bathroom dates from 1985 or 2021, how large the owners' association reserve is: in Hamburg these things quickly shift the price by 50,000 euros or more. You only see them on site.

Is this a formal appraisal?

No. Our assessment is a market price estimate for a sale. For court, tax office or inheritance matters you need a report by a publicly appointed surveyor. If you need one, we can recommend someone.

What do you need from me?

For the first conversation the address, living space, year of construction and your impression of the condition are enough. For the written assessment, a floor plan, the energy certificate and for apartments the last annual statement help. If you cannot find something, that is no problem.
